2014 TSEHA Annual Meeting
The Town South Estates Homeowners Association held its Annual Meeting Thursday, December 4, 2014, at University Elementary School. There were 81 homeowners present in person or by proxy.
University Elementary School Principal Kasie Mainiero spoke to the homeowners about changes in the school’s pick-up and drop-off patterns to try to alleviate some of the traffic problems near the school and several projects underway to trim bushes and trees on the school grounds. Mrs. Mainiero also encouraged homeowners to contact her with any concerns regarding the school and its relationship with the neighborhood.
The financial report for 2014 was presented followed by a review of the proposed 2015 budget. The 2015 budget with a per lot assessment of $110.00 was approved and vacancies on the TSEHA Board of Directors were filled by a vote of the homeowners present at the meeting with no objections.
Assessments for 2015 are due by January 31, 2015.
In early November homeowners received a letter which included the proposed 2015 budget, the assessment notice, proxy form for the annual meeting, and an addressed return envelope for easier payment. If you have lost your return envelope payment should be sent to:
