Neighborhood Garage Sale & Spring Fling
When: Saturday, May 2nd
Time: Starts at 7:00 AM
Our neighborhood garage sales have been very successful in the past and it is a great time to clean out and organize with some spring cleaning.
Signs advertising the sale will be posted at the entrances to the neighborhood and an ad will be placed in the newspaper on Friday & Saturday mornings.

Spring Fling on the Greenbelt
May 2nd on the Greenbelt off Brighton Court from 3:00 PM until 5:00ish
Have your garage sale in the morning, then come join your neighbors for food and fun in the afternoon. Hot dogs, chips, and drinks will be provided; and, as a special treat, we will have an ice cream truck on hand with treats for everyone to enjoy.
There will be 2 bounce houses set up on the greenbelt, one for the younger kids and another for the older ones.
Our special guest will be Corporal David Gardner, our Community Liaison Officer from the Shreveport Police Department.
Cpl. Gardner is part of the SPD’s program Operation T.B.O.N.E. (Taking Back Our Neighborhoods Everyday) that is making all of our neighborhoods safer. He will be here to talk with you about the services provided our neighborhood through the combined efforts of neighborhood homeowners and residents, the SPD, and Shreveport Property Standards inspectors.
Come on out and meet your neighbors, have a bite to eat, and see what’s going on in our neighborhood while the kids play. We’ll see you there!
