Fall Family Fun Night

February 6, 2015 TSEHA Events

The 2014 Fall Family Fun Night was held Saturday, November 3, 2014. Nearly 50 kids and adults came out to visit, share hot dogs, chips, and drinks, and enjoy the movie, “Despicable Me 2” on the outdoor big-screen.

Our next event will be the Spring Fling and Neighborhood Garage Sale.

2025 Annual Assessments

2025 Annual Assessments are $110.00 per lot with a $10 processing and convenience fee for paying with online with a credit or debit card.

Assessments for 2025 are past due as of January 31, 2025.

Board Meetings

The TSEHA Board of Directors meets the second Tuesday of every month at 6:30 PM. Meetings are open to the public and homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend. The board currently meets at Johnny’s Pizza on Youree Drive.
